How To Define The Head Of A Company Structure in IceHrm

This blog post covers all the steps you need to follow to set a head for a particular company structure in IceHrm.

First login to your admin account and go to Admin -> Company Structure, find the company structure you want to define a head for and click on edit.

Now, set the head for the selected company structure as shown below:

According to the above screenshot, Juana R Echols is now the head of the marketing department.

Now go to System -> Settings and enable the below setting:

Once these settings are enabled, the head of the marketing department will be able to view employees and employee data related to the marketing department.
