Use the data collection module to create customized HR forms. You can create HR forms with various fields such as signature, select and so much more. Once you have created an HR Form, you can then assign these forms to your employees, for them to fill in the form.
Once an employee is assigned an HR Form, the employee can go through the fields and fill in the form. The filled form then can be submitted. All the submitted forms can be downloaded as PDFs for you to refer to and store.
