The caretaker is responsible for cleaning and maintaining our organization’s workspaces. They help ensure that the premises are tidy and pleasant for all users. Duties include removing trash, replenishing disposable items, cleaning interior and exterior facilities, preventing or eliminating vandalism, and removing vermin. There may be times when the caretaker is required to work outside of normal office hours or after our building is closed. The ideal applicant must therefore be trustworthy, responsible and able to work independently. He must also be physically able to carry out manual tasks repeatedly over a large area and in a timely manner.

Custodian Job Duties
