Completing Review as Supervisor/Peer

Supervisors and peers play a crucial role in providing feedback during performance reviews. This guide explains how to complete review feedback as a supervisor or peer reviewer.

Accessing Feedback Requests

You can access feedback requests in two ways:

  • Click the notification in the top bar when feedback is requested
  • Navigate to Performance -> Reviews -> Feedback Requests

Providing Feedback

  1. Locate the feedback request assigned to you
  2. Click the Give Feedback button
  3. Complete all questions in the feedback form
  4. Click Save to save your responses
  5. Click Submit to finalize the feedback

Feedback Best Practices

  • Be specific: Use concrete examples and observations
  • Be constructive: Offer actionable suggestions for improvement
  • Be balanced: Acknowledge achievements alongside areas for development
  • Be objective: Focus on behaviors and outcomes, not personalities
  • Be timely: Complete your feedback before the deadline

After Submission

Once submitted, your feedback becomes part of the official review record:

  • The requesting manager or administrator is notified
  • Your feedback is added to the employee's review
  • Peer feedback may be anonymized depending on settings
