Insights

Insights turns your HR data into visual dashboards — charts and summary cards you can read at a glance, without downloading a spreadsheet. They live in the same Reports & Insights area as Reports.

To open them, use the area switcher and choose Reports & Insights, then pick a dashboard under Manage:

  • Workforce Insights — leave and attendance patterns across the organisation.
  • Expense Insights — spending patterns: totals, categories, and approval status.

Every dashboard has a date-range selector (for example "Last 1 Year") in the top right, so you can widen or narrow the period you're looking at.
