Completing Review as Employee

Employees participate in the performance review process by completing self-assessments and updating their goals. This guide explains how employees can complete their portion of the review.

Accessing Your Review

You can access your performance review in two ways:

  • Click the notification banner when a review is assigned
  • Navigate to Performance -> Reviews -> Self Assessment

Completing the Self-Assessment

  1. View the assessment assigned to you
  2. Click the Edit Self-Feedback button to begin answering questions
  3. Complete all questions in the feedback form
  4. Click Save after completing your responses

Viewing and Updating Goals

After completing the self-assessment:

  1. Navigate to the Goals tab
  2. View objectives created by your manager or administrator
  3. Use the +/- buttons to adjust your progress on each goal
  4. Click Save to update your progress

  • Be specific: Use concrete examples and metrics
  • Be balanced: Acknowledge both strengths and areas for improvement
  • Be honest: Accurate self-assessment leads to better development
  • Be timely: Complete your review before the deadline
