Completing Review as Employee
Employees participate in the performance review process by completing self-assessments and updating their goals. This guide explains how employees can complete their portion of the review.
Accessing Your Review
You can access your performance review in two ways:
- Click the notification banner when a review is assigned
- Navigate to Performance -> Reviews -> Self Assessment
Completing the Self-Assessment
- View the assessment assigned to you
- Click the Edit Self-Feedback button to begin answering questions
- Complete all questions in the feedback form
- Click Save after completing your responses
Viewing and Updating Goals
After completing the self-assessment:
- Navigate to the Goals tab
- View objectives created by your manager or administrator
- Use the +/- buttons to adjust your progress on each goal
- Click Save to update your progress

- Be specific: Use concrete examples and metrics
- Be balanced: Acknowledge both strengths and areas for improvement
- Be honest: Accurate self-assessment leads to better development
- Be timely: Complete your review before the deadline
