Assigning Review Templates

Once review templates are created, they need to be assigned to employees for evaluation. This guide covers the process of assigning performance reviews.

Assigning a Performance Review

  1. Navigate to Manage -> Performance -> Performance Reviews
  2. Click Add New

Configuration Steps

Select the Employee

Choose the employee you wish to assign the performance review to from the dropdown list.

Choose a Template

Select the appropriate template for the review. Templates must be created beforehand as outlined in Creating Review Templates.

Set Status

Keep the status as Pending if the review hasn't been processed yet. Available statuses include:

  • Pending: Review has been assigned but not started
  • In Progress: Review is currently being completed
  • Submitted: Employee has submitted their self-assessment
  • Completed: Review process is fully completed
  • Cancelled: Review has been cancelled

Configure Dates

Set up the review dates correctly and save the changes:

  • Start Date: When the review period begins
  • End Date: When the review period ends
  • Due Date: Deadline for completing the review

Employee Notification

The employee will receive an email and a notification in IceHrm about the assigned performance review.
