Employee Self-Service

Every employee — not just HR — can log in to IceHrm to see and manage their own information. These pages live in the Personal section of the People area's left-hand menu:

  • Dashboard — your day at a glance: hours worked, to-dos, pending leave
  • Personal Details — your own profile, photo, and password
  • Qualifications — your skills, education, certifications, and languages
  • Dependents — family members registered with HR
  • Emergency Contacts — who to call if something happens
  • My Teams — the teams you belong to
  • Company — company-wide view: who's on leave, the org structure
  • Employee Directory — look up any colleague's contact details
