Adding Notes for Performance Review

Performance review notes allow supervisors and administrators to document additional observations, meeting outcomes, and follow-up items. This guide explains how to add notes within performance reviews.

Adding a Note

  1. Navigate to Manage -> Performance
  2. Under the Performance Reviews tab, employee reviews will be displayed
  3. Click on the Edit button for the review
  4. Click the Add button and enter your note

Purpose of Review Notes

Notes serve multiple purposes in the performance review process:

  • Document discussions during review meetings
  • Record action items and commitments
  • Track follow-up on development plans
  • Maintain a record of ongoing performance conversations
  • Capture context not covered in the formal review
