Adding Notes for Performance Review
Performance review notes allow supervisors and administrators to document additional observations, meeting outcomes, and follow-up items. This guide explains how to add notes within performance reviews.
Adding a Note
- Navigate to Manage -> Performance
- Under the Performance Reviews tab, employee reviews will be displayed
- Click on the Edit button for the review
- Click the Add button and enter your note
Purpose of Review Notes
Notes serve multiple purposes in the performance review process:
- Document discussions during review meetings
- Record action items and commitments
- Track follow-up on development plans
- Maintain a record of ongoing performance conversations
- Capture context not covered in the formal review
