Reports

Generate and download reports in IceHrm.

Overview​

IceHrm provides comprehensive reporting capabilities for both administrators and employees. Reports are organized by category and can be filtered to show specific data.

Types of Reports​

  • Admin Reports: Organization-wide reports accessible to administrators via the Reports menu
  • User Reports: Personal reports for employees accessible via My Reports -> Reports

Accessing Reports​

Admin Reports​

  1. Log in as an administrator
  2. Navigate to Reports
  3. Browse available reports by category
  4. Select a report and configure filters
  5. Click Preview Report to generate

User Reports​

  1. Log in as an employee
  2. Navigate to My Reports -> Reports
  3. Browse available reports by category
  4. Select a report and configure filters
  5. Click Preview Report to generate
