Training
The Learning area is where you build employee training and track who has completed what. To open it, use the area switcher at the top of the left sidebar, click Switch area, and choose Learning.
IceHrm supports two kinds of learning, and the sidebar reflects both.
Two ways to train people

The sidebar at a glance
- Manage → Courses — create online courses and their lessons, and watch your team's progress.
- Manage → Training Sessions — set up instructor-led session courses, schedule sessions, and assign employees.
- Personal → My Enrolments — the courses you are enrolled in.
- Personal → Training Sessions — the sessions you can sign up for, and the ones awaiting your approval as a manager.
