Asset Management

Manage company assets and track their assignment to employees in IceHrm.

Overview

IceHrm's Asset Management module allows you to:

• Define asset types with custom fields specific to each type
• Create and track company assets
• Assign assets to employees
• Monitor asset status (Available, Assigned, In Repair)
• Track purchase details and warranty information

Getting Started

To effectively manage company assets, follow this workflow:

1. Create Asset Types - Define categories of assets (e.g., Cars, Laptops, Phones) with custom fields relevant to each type
2. Add Company Assets - Create individual assets and assign them to the appropriate asset type
3. Assign to Employees - Track which employees have which assets assigned to them

Accessing Asset Management

1. Log in to IceHrm as an administrator
2. Navigate to Manage -> Company Assets
3. Use the tabs to switch between Company Assets and Asset Types
