Monitor system activity and email communications in IceHrm.

Overview

IceHrm provides comprehensive logging capabilities to help administrators track system activities and monitor email communications. The Logs module includes:

• Audit Log: Track all user actions, system changes, and authentication events
• Email Log: Monitor all emails sent by the system to employees

Accessing Logs

1. Log in to IceHrm as an administrator.
2. Use the area switcher at the top of the left sidebar and choose System, then click Audit Log.
3. Use the two tabs at the top — Audit Log and Email Log — to switch between them.

📄️ Audit Log

The Audit Log tracks all user actions and system changes in IceHrm, providing a complete history of activities for security and compliance purposes.

📄️ Email Log

The Email Log tracks all emails sent by IceHrm, allowing administrators to monitor email communications and troubleshoot delivery issues.
