Logs
Monitor system activity and email communications in IceHrm.
Overview
IceHrm provides comprehensive logging capabilities to help administrators track system activities and monitor email communications. The Logs module includes:
- Audit Log: Track all user actions, system changes, and authentication events
- Email Log: Monitor all emails sent by the system to employees
Accessing Logs
- Log in to IceHrm as an administrator
- Navigate to System -> Logs
- Use the tabs to switch between Audit Log and Email Log

The Audit Log tracks all user actions and system changes in IceHrm, providing a complete history of activities for security and compliance purposes.
📄️ Email Log
The Email Log tracks all emails sent by IceHrm, allowing administrators to monitor email communications and troubleshoot delivery issues.
