Downloading Payslips

IceHrm allows both administrators and employees to access and download payslips.

Admin Access

Administrators can view all employee payslips under the Employee Payslips tab.

How to Access

1. Go to Manage > Documents

2. Click on the Employee Payslips tab

3. View and download payslips for any employee

Employee Access

Employees can download their own payslips through the self-service portal.

How to Download

1. Go to Documents > My Documents > Payslips

2. View the list of available payslips

3. Click to download any payslip
