Sharing Your Job Using Direct Links
IceHrm allows you to share job postings via direct links, making it easy to distribute openings across various channels like email, social media, and job boards.
Getting the Job Link
You can get a direct link to the job position which you can send via email or any other media.

Go to Recruitment > Job Positions

Find the job you want to share

Click on the Job Link icon
- Copy the link to share
Previewing the Job Post
You can open the link and view your job post prior to sharing it. This lets you verify everything looks correct before sending to candidates.
How Candidates Apply
Once candidates access the link:

They view the job details
-
They can apply for the job
-
Candidate details will be available under the Candidates listing
Email Notifications
When candidates apply for a job post, both the candidates and the relevant hiring managers will receive email notifications.

You can share the direct link through:
- Email campaigns
