Adding Candidates

The Candidates feature in the Recruitment module enables you to store candidate details, receive job applications, schedule interviews, and track candidate progress with notes.


Overview

The Candidates feature helps you:

  • Store candidate details
  • Receive job applications from candidates via job postings
  • Schedule interviews
  • Track candidate progress with notes

Two Ways to Add Candidates

Method 1: Automatic via Job Posting

Candidates are automatically added when they apply for jobs through your job postings.

Job Application

When a candidate submits an application, their details are automatically stored in the system.

Method 2: Manual Addition

Administrators can manually add candidates through the Candidates module.

  1. Go to Recruitment > Candidates

  2. Click Add New

  1. Fill in the candidate details

  2. Attach the candidate's resume/CV

  3. Click Save


After Adding a Candidate

Once a candidate is saved, you can:

View Candidate Details

Click on a candidate to see their full profile and application information.

Add Feedback

Add notes and feedback about the candidate to track your assessment.

Schedule Interviews

Arrange interview appointments directly from the candidate profile.

Best Practices

  1. Attach Resumes - Always upload the candidate's CV for reference
  2. Add Notes - Document feedback and observations
  3. Update Status - Keep application status current
  4. Link to Jobs - Associate candidates with specific job positions
  5. Schedule Promptly - Arrange interviews in a timely manner
