Approving a Training Session

Supervisors play a crucial role in approving training sessions for their team members. When an employee marks a training session as completed, the supervisor receives a notification to approve it.


How to Approve a Training Session

  1. Go to Training > Training

  2. Click on the Training Sessions of Direct Reports tab

  3. Review the training session details

  4. Verify that all requirements are in order

  5. Click Approve to approve the session

Employee Completes Session → Supervisor Notified → Review Details → Approve/Reject → Employee Notified

What to Verify Before Approving

Before approving a training session, ensure:
