Enrolling to a Course
Employees can self-enroll in available training courses to develop their skills and meet compliance requirements. This guide explains how to access and complete courses in IceHrm.
How to Enroll in a Course

Go to Training > My Enrollments

View the list of available courses

Click the Enroll button to register for a course

Once enrolled, the button changes to Open Course

Click Open Course to access the course content
Completing Lessons
After enrolling, work through each lesson sequentially:

Open the course

Read through the lesson material

Mark lessons as complete when finished

Answer quiz questions correctly before advancing to the next lesson
Taking Quizzes
Courses may include quizzes to assess your understanding:

Complete the lesson content first

Answer the quiz questions

You must answer correctly to proceed

Tracking Progress
The system tracks your overall course progress as you complete lessons. You can view:
- Lessons completed
- Quiz scores
- Overall course completion percentage
Manager View: Monitoring Team Progress
Managers can monitor their direct reports' training progress.
How to View Team Enrollments

Go to Manage > Courses > Enrollments of Direct Reports

View the progress metrics for all direct reports

Course Progress Status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Not Started | Enrolled but no lessons completed |
| In Progress | At least one lesson completed |
| Completed | All lessons and quizzes finished |
