My Qualifications

The Qualifications page lists everything IceHrm knows about your professional profile, in four tabs:

  • Skills — with a details note for each skill
  • Education — degrees and diplomas, with institute and dates
  • Certifications — professional certifications, with issuer and validity dates
  • Languages — languages you speak

Keeping it up to date​

Use the search box to find an entry in a long list. If something is missing or wrong — a new certification, a completed degree — contact your HR team; qualification records are usually maintained by HR so they stay consistent across the company.

For HR managers

The master lists of skill names, education levels, certification types, and languages are configured under Company Setup > Qualifications Setup — see Job details and qualifications setup. Employees' individual records are managed in People > Employees under the matching tabs.
