Employee self service

Employee Self Service (ESS) refers to online applications and programs that allow employees to log in to access their own personal and payroll information. Self-service applications allow employees to update their own contact and payroll information, rather than hiring an administrator to enter this information for all employees in the company. Employee self-service can be implemented as a time- and money-saving measure within the administration department.
