Admin Reports

Admin reports provide organization-wide data and analytics for administrators.

Accessing Admin Reports

  1. Log in as an administrator
  2. Navigate to Reports
  3. Select a report from the available categories
  4. Configure the filters for your report
  5. Click Preview Report to generate

Employee Information Reports

These reports provide information about your workforce.

Active Employee Report

Lists employees who are currently active based on joined date and termination date.

Filters:

  • Department

New Hires Employee Report

Lists employees who joined between given two dates.

Filters:

  • Start Date
  • End Date

Terminated Employee Report

Lists employees who are terminated between two dates.

Filters:

  • Start Date
  • End Date

Employee Details Report

Lists all employee details filtered by department, employment status or job title.
