Human resource information system (HRIS)

HRIS systems are cloud-based applications (and sometimes locally installed software) that allow all employee data to be centralized in one place. This data includes attendance records, business intelligence, candidate and employee personal data, workforce analysis, efficiency and performance reports, and other HR-related information.
