IceHrm is thrilled to announce the newest IceHrm update, v33.2.0.PRO, packed with exciting features and enhancements to help you make the most out of IceHrm.

A revamped user interface for the employee list
The IceHrm employee list has gone through some major user interface changes to make navigating through your workforce easier and for a more efficient user experience. The new user interface lets you easily search for employees and view employee information in a more clear and organized manner.

Ability to define timezone for each employee
IceHrm now lets you define the timezone for each employee when adding employees to the system. This is an incredibly useful feature for companies who have employees working remotely in different countries.
This feature will:
- help avoid misunderstandings related to working hours.
- be used when marking attendance.
- help understand when certain employees are available for communication.
The timezone for each employee will be displayed as shown below:
Improved employee profile page
The employee profile page too have gone through UI changes to help you and your employees easily view their information in a compact and organized manner.
The new improved employee profile page is as follows:
Improved attendance module
Now IceHrm lets you view the clock-in and clock-out location of employees that mark their attendance via the mobile application on google maps.

By clicking on the Open in Google Maps button you will be able to see the employees exact location when marking attendance.
A brand new employee directory module
The employee directory module lets you view details about all your colleagues in your organization. Additionally, a compact version of the employee directory with employee profile pictures will be displayed on the dashboard. Click here to learn more about this module.

Custom fields for clients and projects modules
Now you can add custom fields for clients and projects modules so you can store more information related to your clients and projects in IceHrm.
New hiring stages in the recruitment module
The hiring stages available in the recruitment module has been modified to help you be more efficient with your hiring process.
The new hiring stages available are:
- New
- Short Listed
- Interview
- Offer
- Hired
- Rejected
We believe that these clear and focused hiring stages will help you easily categorize your candidates and help you make the right hiring decisions.
In addition to these exciting new features, some major improvements were done to the recruitment module to help you streamline your hiring process. Some of the improvements for the recruitment module are:
- Set the replyTo email for interview scheduled email sent to candidates to the email of the hiring manager.
- Allow setting the duration of the interview in minutes and update the Google Calendar event created for the interview accordingly.
- Reminder to connect to Google calendar if the Google calendar is not connected when loading candidates.
- Stop updating candidate hiring stage automatically when an interview is scheduled.
Some other new features include:
- Improvements to search in general
- Implement leave lock period
- Improvements to base email template
- New leave application emails can be CCed or BCCed to upto 10 stakeholders using the settings
