We are all affected by uncertainty to a greater or lesser extent. Employees are affected mentally, not knowing what the future holds, and HR teams are struggling to make everything fit. Employee engagement
The ultimate goal of the company is the productivity of its employees. It becomes difficult to keep employees engaged when they are working remotely and, moreover, in times of crisis.
