Adding An Overtime Request As An Admin in IceHrm

In any organization, managing overtime requests efficiently is crucial to ensure fair compensation for employees and maintain smooth operations. As an admin in IceHrm, you have the power to simplify and streamline the process of adding overtime requests for your employees.

First, Login to your IceHrm admin account and go to Manage -> Overtime -> Overtime Categories tab. Click on Add New to define an overtime category as shown below:

Once you have defined the overtime categories, go to Overtime Requests tab to add overtime requests on behalf of your employees. Click on Add New and fill in the required fields as shown below:

Click on Save and now you have successfully added your first overtime request as an admin. If you have defined supervisors and approvers for this employee and enabled multi level approval for overtime, now they will be able to either reject or approve the overtime request.
