How to prepare Employee data for Upload?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Login <\/strong>as Admin <\/strong>and Navigate to System<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. Under System, Click <\/strong>on to Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. Under Data<\/strong>, you can find two tabs Data Importers<\/strong> and Data Import Files<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. Under Data Import Files <\/strong>and click <\/strong>on to Add New<\/strong> in order to add a new data file to the system (data file should be according to the previously explained format)<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5. Use a descriptive name<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 6. Select Employee Data Import<\/strong> option as the Data Import Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 7. Choose the file<\/strong> and Save<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 8. Once data imported, click on the Process <\/strong>Icon<\/p>\n\n\n\n We have already defined three types of data importers for Employee Basic Data, Attendance Data and for Payroll. You can customize a Data Importer based on your requirements.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Assume that you want to add you supervisors for your employee list, you can do it as below;<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. Login as Admin <\/strong>and Navigate to System<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. Under System, Click <\/strong>on to Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. Under Data<\/strong>, you can find two tabs Data Importers <\/strong>and Data Import Files<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. Go to Data Importers <\/strong>and click on to Add New<\/strong> in order to add a new data importer<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5. Name <\/strong>the Data Importer <\/strong>as \u201cSupervisor Importer<\/strong>\u201d and Data Type <\/strong>should be \u201cEmployeeDataImporter<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6. Each importer should have one ID column. Click <\/strong>on the Add <\/strong>option to create columns for each importer<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7. According to our example, we need two columns for employees and supervisors. For employees<\/strong>, the id column <\/strong>should be employee_id<\/strong>. Here is how you can add this unique id column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For supervisors<\/strong>, the id column <\/strong>should be supervisor_id<\/strong>. Here is how you can add this unique id column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This is based on lots of customer inquiries. Let\u2019s create an example job title and see how to assign employees to the job title while importing data to the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To create a job title;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n 4. Fill <\/strong>the necessary fields <\/strong>as per the requirements of the job title<\/p>\n\n\n\n Let\u2019s see how to specify the job title while importing data. The easiest way is you can download the sample data file<\/a> and edit the data. You can enter the Job title in the CSV file<\/strong> you create, also you can specify other job-related details as the employment status, joined date <\/strong>and department<\/strong> as below;<\/p>\n\n\n\n To import the data;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n 1.
