How to check details of leave balances\/and request leaves for a given employee in the Admin account?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Customers always concern about these types of questions when adopting to IceHrm software<\/a>. This can be done under an admin account. Follow the below step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To check details of leave balance for an employee;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Log in to the admin account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. On top, you can see the Option of Switch<\/strong>, Click on that<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Then select the name of the employee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Under that employee account, go down and click on the Leave option<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Select Leave Management <\/strong>option<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. View Leave Entitlement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to check details of leave balance for an employee via a report;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This report list employees\u2019 leave entitlement for the current leave period by department or by an employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To get this,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Log in to the Admin account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Click on the\u00a0Admin Report<\/strong>\u00a0and select\u00a0Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Under Reports, you can find the Employee Leave Entitlement<\/strong> option<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Click on the Arrow<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Select the department <\/strong>you want to extract the report for or select the employee<\/strong> if you want it for a particular employee or you can select all department <\/strong>to get the report of all employees<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to request a leave for an employee in the Admin account?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Log into the admin account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Then Select<\/strong> the Name of the employee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
