The IceHrm <\/a>recruitment module is a set of tools designed to manage the recruitment process. As we all know recruitment is competitive, especially for those with much-needed technical skills, and is stimulating interest in sophisticated recruitment systems. So the IceHrm Recruitment module has been designed to improve the efficiency of recruiters and job seekers.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under IceHrm Recruitment, you can find three modules as below;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Recruitment Set up<\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aThis is helpful for you to prepare the job advertisement. Under this category, you can edit the employment types, edit experience levels, edit job functions and edit educational levels based on your requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Job Positions<\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aThis is the module which you can use to create a job advertisement and publish it on social media<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Candidates<\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aUnder this, you can store the details of the candidates who have applied for each job advertisements<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Recruitment Setup<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    As I mentioned, you can prepare the basic functions or fields which will need to create a job advertisement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. How to add a new employment type?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Log in to the Admin account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Under the recruitment module<\/strong>, Click to Recruitment set up<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Go to the Edit Employment Types<\/strong> tab and click on to the Add New<\/strong> Icon<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Then provide a name<\/strong> and Save<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. How to add a new experience level?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Log in to the Admin account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Under the recruitment module<\/strong>, Click to Recruitment set up<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Go to the Edit Experience Levels<\/strong> tab and click on to the Add New<\/strong> Icon<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      How to add or edit a new Job function?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      As of the above, you can add a new job function. In the IceHrm <\/a>Recruitment set up, we have defined most of the important job functions. If you want to make changes to the names, you can click on the edit button and make changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Job Postings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      How to create and post a new job position?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Under the recruitment module, go to the Job Positions<\/strong> and click on to Add New<\/strong>. Below are the main fields used to create a job posting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. <\/em>Job Code<\/em><\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aA unique code to identify the job position. Url for applying the job position will contain this code.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. <\/em>Job title<\/em><\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aThe job title<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. <\/em>Company Name<\/em><\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aYou can include your company name in the job advertisement<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. <\/em>Hiring Manager<\/em><\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aYou can select the hiring manager, this will be helpful in conducting interviews and proceeding the recruitment. Hiring manager is an employee of your company and the job post will feature the profile image of the hiring manager if available<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5<\/em>. Closing Date\u200a<\/em><\/strong>\u2014\u200aEnter the last date for the Job Advertisement<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. <\/em>Short Description<\/em><\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aA short description of the job position. This will be displayed when listing company jobs. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. <\/em>Job Description\u200a<\/em><\/strong>\u2014\u200aFull description of the job position<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8. <\/em>Requirements<\/em><\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aDetail all the job requirements. Here you can add it in point form, numbers, you create a link and insert an image. We have enabled the option for you to preview this as well.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      9. <\/em>Benefits\u200a<\/em><\/strong>\u2014\u200aMention the benefits which candidates get from this job position, you can select the benefits which you have already created in the Recruitment Setup category.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      10. <\/em>Country, City, Postal Code, Department<\/em><\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aThis information is to specify the job location<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      11. <\/em>Employment Type<\/em><\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aSelect one from the types of employment which you have already created under the Recruitment Set Up category<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      12. <\/em>Experience Level, Job Function and Education Level<\/em><\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aYou can select these based on the job requirement. If you need anything new, you can follow the steps explained on top of this blog under the Recruitment Set Up category<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      13. <\/em>Show Salary\u200a<\/em><\/strong>\u2014\u200aWhether you want to show the salary range for this job position<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      14. <\/em>Currency<\/em><\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aSelect the currency of the salary<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      15. <\/em>Salary Min\/ Salary Max<\/em><\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aYou can enter the salary range<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      16. <\/em>Keywords<\/em><\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aKeywords for improving search and SEO<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      17. <\/em>Status<\/em><\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aOnly active jobs will get listed<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      18. <\/em>Image<\/em><\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aAttach an image if you want to show an image with job listing<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You can go to the Job Link icon on the right side and get the job link and post it on your job site like the example below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You can open up the link and view your job post prior to share it. Then a candidate can apply for this job and the candidate details will be available under candidate listing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      When candidates apply for a job post, candidates and the relevant hiring managers will receive email notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Candidates<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      How to add candidates?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      There are two ways that the candidates get added to icehrm.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. When they apply via Job Post<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Manually added by an admin<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        For added a candidate manually, go to the Candidate <\/strong>module under the Recruitment module <\/strong>and click on to Add New<\/strong>. Then fill the required fields. The advantages of this session are you can attach the candidate’s CV and record the basic details of the candidate as below example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Go to the candidate tab and click on the view button of the candidate you wish to make changes. Click on to Schedule an Interview<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

        When the interview is scheduled the hiring manager and the interviewers will be notified via an email. The hiring manager is responsible for contacting the candidate and arranging the interview.
