How to enable multilevel approval for an employee expense?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The IceHrm<\/a> expense management module is specified for managing employee expenses and expense claim approvals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to enable multi-level approval for the employee expenses;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to the Admin account<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to the System<\/strong> module and select Settings<\/strong> session<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on to the Other<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    4. Under the Other<\/strong> tab bottom, you will be able to find Expense: Enable multilevel approvals<\/strong>. Click on the edit button to make changes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Set the value to Yes<\/strong> and save<\/strong> it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How to define the multilevel?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    In order to allow multilevel approval under expenses, you need to predefined the managerial level. This needs to be done under Employee details.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    To do this;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Log into the Admin Account<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Go to the Employees <\/strong>module and click onto Employees<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Then click on the edit button in front of the employee whom you would like to make changes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      4. On the report section, you will be able to find First Level Approver, Second Level Approver, and Third Level Approver <\/strong>fields. Fill it accordingly and Save<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
