How to create a HR form?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can use IceHrm Form for different purposes. Such as;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. To request employee surveys<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

\n

2. Employees\u2019 opinion on something<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

\n

3. To get probation review forms filled<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

\n

4. To process employee existing forms filled<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s see how to request employee surveys using IceHrm<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Log into the Admin Account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Go to Manage -> Data Collection<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. OR you can click on to the HR Form<\/strong> module on the Dashboard<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Under HR Forms<\/strong> tab, click onto Add New<\/strong> option<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Give a meaningful name<\/strong> and Description <\/strong>based on your requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Click on the Add Field <\/strong>option<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. As the Field Label<\/strong>, you can add a question <\/strong>or a topic <\/strong>which you would like to request from the employee<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Then Select <\/strong>a field label according to your requirement<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can select the Text Area, Text Field, Select option or even you can request your employees to upload a file<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

9. If you have Selected <\/strong>the Select <\/strong>option, you can give the Options <\/strong>under the Options <\/strong>tab<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Then click on Done<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
