Using those reports you can monitor attendance, timesheets, and leaves of your employees. But if you want to check and identify patterns between them, you can use Insight module in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/icehrm.com\/\">IceHrm<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"attendance-graph\">Attendance Graph<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Attendance Monitoring charts are very useful when you when to get a quick abstract look at how all the employees or a specific employee attend to their work. It shows how much time they spend time in the office against how much time they actually put into timesheets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Log into the&nbsp;<strong>Admin Account<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to&nbsp;<strong>Insights module<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under the Insights module, select&nbsp;<strong>Time and Attendance<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on to Filter under the Attendance Graph, to see the Attendance pattern of your employees\u2019 against the working week<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-images-1.medium.com\/max\/800\/1*b06WtqEZ0C-v2ZuU_B8jLg.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, you can see the pattern between attendance and the number of hours worked using the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/icehrm.com\/\">IceHrm Insight module<\/a>. In this chart, admins\/managers can see how much of a percentage of attendance time goes into timesheets for each employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to Hours in Office vs Hours Worked Graph and click on filter.
