How to create a payroll report using IceHrm?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Payroll Report is the unit used to combine all the payroll columns<\/a> and calculate monthly payments for all the employees which you have specified under the Company payroll<\/strong><\/a> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To do this using IceHrm;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to the admin account<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to the Payroll module<\/strong> and click on the Payroll Reports<\/strong> session<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Now you will be able to find the Payroll reports <\/strong>tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on Add New<\/strong> to create a new Payroll report<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    5. Enter a name <\/strong>for the payroll report (for an example; if it is for the monthly report enter the name as of June month payroll)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Select the pay frequency<\/strong> and rest of the fields according to your HR requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. For the payroll column<\/strong> field, select all the payroll columns which need to be there under the payroll report. Check the below as an example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Then click on Save <\/strong>to finish<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9. Click on the Process button to process the payroll report<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10. If everything is according to the correct order you can\u00a0Save<\/strong>\u00a0it and click on Generate Payslips<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
