{"id":5292,"date":"2024-02-28T07:51:48","date_gmt":"2024-02-28T07:51:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/icehrm.com\/explore\/?page_id=5292"},"modified":"2024-03-01T11:08:21","modified_gmt":"2024-03-01T11:08:21","slug":"understanding-employee-goals-in-icehrm","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/icehrm.com\/explore\/understanding-employee-goals-in-icehrm\/","title":{"rendered":"Understanding Employee Goals in IceHrm"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Understanding Employee Goals in IceHrm<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In IceHrm performance module, you can add employee goals and monitor the progess of each goal as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once a performance review is assigned to an employee, the manager can add goals for the employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To add an employee goal as the manager, go to&nbsp;<strong>Manage -&gt; Performance -&gt; Performance Reviews<\/strong>&nbsp;and click on view.
