To add a course, login to the admin account and go to&nbsp;<strong>Manage -&gt; Training -&gt; Courses<\/strong>&nbsp;and click on add new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/icehrm.com\/blog\/content\/images\/2023\/03\/Screenshot-from-2023-03-28-11-42-47.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After adding a course, you can go ahead and add the training sessions related to this course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"adding-a-training-session\">Adding a Training Session<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To add a training session go to&nbsp;<strong>Manage -&gt; Training -&gt; Training Sessions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/icehrm.com\/blog\/content\/images\/2023\/03\/Screenshot-from-2023-03-28-11-44-53--1-.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"understanding-attendance-type\">Understanding Attendance Type<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two attendance types you can choose from in IceHrm and they are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Sign Up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assign<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sign-up\">Sign Up<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In the above example, we have defined the&nbsp;<strong>Attendance Type<\/strong>&nbsp;as&nbsp;<strong>Sign Up<\/strong>. When the attendance type is sign up, employees will have to login to their accounts, go to the training module and sign up for the training sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"assign\">Assign<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>When the<strong>&nbsp;Attendance Type<\/strong>&nbsp;of a training session is&nbsp;<strong>Assign<\/strong>, the admin will have the right to assign training sessions to employees by going to&nbsp;<strong>Manage -&gt; Training -&gt; Employee<\/strong>&nbsp;Training Sessions.<br><em>This feature is useful if the training sessions are compulsory because if the training session is Sign Up employees have the choice of not signing up for a particular training session.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/icehrm.com\/\">here<\/a>&nbsp;to learn more about IceHrm and how IceHrm can help you streamline all your HR processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Understanding Training Sessions in IceHrm The&nbsp;IceHrm training module&nbsp;makes providing internal training for employees more efficient and easy.
