With this information, you&#8217;ll be able to manage employee expenses with ease and accuracy, saving you valuable time and resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, Log into your IceHrm account as an admin and go to&nbsp;<strong>Manage -&gt; Expenses.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to the Expenses Categories tab and define all the expense categories you need as shown below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/icehrm.com\/blog\/content\/images\/2023\/05\/Screenshot-from-2023-05-12-11-19-03.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, you can go to the Payment Methods tab and add any payment methods that are not already defined in the system as shown below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/icehrm.com\/blog\/content\/images\/2023\/05\/Screenshot-from-2023-05-12-11-20-21.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have defined the expense categories and the payment methods you can start adding employee expenses.
