This feature allows organizations to establish a structured workflow where overtime requests are reviewed and approved by multiple levels of authority, ensuring transparency and adherence to internal policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, go to Employees and make sure you have defined the correct reporting structure for each employee as shown below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/icehrm.com\/blog\/content\/images\/2023\/05\/Screenshot-from-2023-05-18-10-28-51.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the reporting structure for all the employees are correctly defined, go to&nbsp;<strong>System -&gt; Settings -&gt; Other tab<\/strong>&nbsp;and search for the overtime settings as shown below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/icehrm.com\/blog\/content\/images\/2023\/05\/Screenshot-from-2023-05-18-10-30-54.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now enable the&nbsp;<strong>Overtime:Enable Multi Level Approvals<\/strong>&nbsp;setting.
