Click&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/icehrm.com\/explore\/docs-category\/expenses\/\">here<\/a>&nbsp;to learn more about the expense module)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add an expense request as shown below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/icehrm.com\/blog\/content\/images\/2023\/10\/Screenshot-from-2023-10-25-09-56-31.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If multi level approval is enabled, once all the approvers approve the expense request, the status of the request will be changed to approved as shown below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/icehrm.com\/blog\/content\/images\/2023\/10\/Screenshot-from-2023-10-25-10-06-11.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now let us see how to create a payroll column to get approved expense details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to Payroll -&gt; Payroll Reports -&gt; Payroll Columns and create a payroll column as shown below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/icehrm.com\/blog\/content\/images\/2023\/10\/Screenshot-from-2023-10-25-10-08-48.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Predefined calculations is a feature that is used to get information from other modules easily.
