Restricted Employee<\/strong>\u00a0is also similar to the employee level but with restricted access. For example,\u00a0imagine you need to give access to one of your sales persons only to mark attendance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To do this;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Login to the admin account.<\/li>
  2. Go to the\u00a0System<\/strong>\u00a0section and click on Users.<\/strong><\/li>
  3. Then click on the\u00a0User role tab<\/strong>\u00a0and then click on the\u00a0Add New<\/strong>\u00a0option in order to create a New User role.<\/li>
  4. Then you can give a specific name to the User role \u2013 For this one, you can use Sales Person or something similar.<\/li>
  5. Then Select the Table and then assign Permission.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    6. Now go to the Manage modules section under the System in order to assign the particular module to the new user role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Then click on the Modules tab and search for the particular module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Click on the edit button to make changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9. Add the created User Role to this module and save it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    After creating the User role<\/strong> and Assigning the module, go back to the User section <\/strong>and click on the User tab<\/strong> in order to assign this role<\/strong> to the employee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10. Click on Add New to create a new user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    11. Make sure the User Level<\/strong> of the employee is Restricted Employee<\/strong> user level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    12. Then Select the specific user role which you have already created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    13. Set a default module and then save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once you save the changes and logged in to the employee\u2019s account it will look like the below. The employee will only have access to mark attendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
