Admin\/Managers can log into their IceHrm accounts. In the\u00a0Dashboard<\/strong>, they can find the\u00a0Travel Request\u00a0<\/strong>module. Or Navigate to\u00a0Manage -> Travel -> Travel Request -> Add New<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. You need to\u00a0fill in the below fields<\/strong>\u00a0to create a travel request.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    • Employee\u200a<\/strong>\u2014\u200aYou can select the employee to who you want to assign the travel request for<\/li>
    • Means of Transportation<\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aThis means the methods of transportation<\/li>
    • Purpose of Travel\u200a<\/strong>\u2014\u200aEmployees can enter a detailed description of the purpose of traveling<\/li>
    • Travel From\u200a<\/strong>\u2014\u200aEnter the start location of the travel<\/li>
    • Travel To<\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aEnter the end location of the travel<\/li>
    • Travel Date\u200a<\/strong>\u2014\u200aEnter the start date of the travel<\/li>
    • Return Date<\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aEnter the end date of the travel<\/li>
    • Currency\u200a<\/strong>\u2014\u200aEmployees can choose a currency which they would like to get paid<\/li>
    • Total Funding Propose<\/strong>\u200a\u2014\u200aThey can enter the exact amount or an estimated amount of the expense of travel<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
