Purchasing and Installing Extensions

Once your installation is connected to icehrm.com, you can browse, buy, and install extensions from the built-in Marketplace.

Prerequisites​

Browsing in the Marketplace​

Open the System area and click Marketplace. The Marketplace tab shows every available extension as a card, with its price (many are $0) and a Buy Now button.

Free extensions can be added straight away. Paid extensions are purchased on icehrm.com, then installed back in your admin panel — the steps below cover that.

Step 1: Purchase on icehrm.com​

Log in to icehrm.com with the same email you used to connect, and open the extension you want.

Click Purchase (or Get for a free one).

You'll see a confirmation once it's done.

Step 2: Refresh in IceHrm​

Back in your IceHrm Marketplace, open the Installed tab and click Refresh so your newly purchased extension appears.

Step 3: Install and licence it​

Find the extension and click Install. Paid extensions show a Purchase License button until a valid licence is applied — clicking it links the licence from your icehrm.com account.

Once installed, the extension's features are available immediately in the relevant area of the app.

Managing extensions​

  • Updates — the Installed tab shows a banner when updates are available; apply them from there.
  • Uninstall — remove an extension from the same Installed tab.
  • Reuse purchases — everything you've bought is tied to your icehrm.com account, so you can install it on any connected installation.
