Extension Management
IceHrm's features come as extensions — modular add-ons like Advance Reports, Asset Management, Learning, and Payroll. The built-in Marketplace lets you browse them, see what's installed, and manage licences, all from inside the admin interface.
Opening the Marketplace
Use the area switcher at the top of the left sidebar, choose System, and click Marketplace. It has three tabs.

| Marketplace | Every available extension as a card, with its price and a Buy Now button. |
| Installed | The extensions already installed on your system, their versions, and licence status. |
| My Purchases | Extensions linked to your icehrm.com account (requires connecting first). |
What's installed
The Installed tab lists your current extensions. A banner at the top tells you if any have updates available, and each extension shows its version and licence state.
- IceHrm Core is the built-in foundation and is always present.
- Paid extensions show a Purchase License button until a valid licence is applied.
- When an update is available, you can apply it from here.
Connecting to icehrm.com
To purchase paid extensions and sync your licences, you connect your installation to a free icehrm.com account. The My Purchases tab prompts you to do this.
