Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketer with 1 years of experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns, specifically on Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing customer acquisition across multiple channels. The Performance Marketer will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve business goals.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

-1 to 2 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.

-Expertise in using Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms to manage campaigns, track performance, and optimize results.

-Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and other marketing analytics platforms.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Your Role:

-Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements

-Implement colour and Design theories in creatives to create a human-centric user experience

-Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final creatives.

-Read scripts and storylines to understand video editing requirements.

-Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film

-Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects

-Continuously discover and implement new editing and designing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.

-Ensure final graphics and media are visually appealing and as per the brand guidelines
